Achievements and impacts:-
- Organization is working in 9 districts of MP and Rajasthan with the financial support of different government agencies/ departments and nonprofit making organizations.
- SMSKUS has formed more than 350 SGHs during last 10 years and most of are active
- Almost 4492 women/ beneficiaries were benefited through different skill trainings for generating employment, increase income and social status.
- More than 2000 candidates were got placement for different job trades.

- 1. On the occasion of 2th Jan, Republic Day, SMSKUS has awarded by District In charge Minister of GoMP for excellent performance in implementation of NRLM program in district.
- 2. Recognition by MP Jan Abhiyan Parisad for active participation as lead NGO and timely completion of given task/ awareness campaign focusing on WASH, energy conservation, Environment , Green city, women empowerment and Nutrition issues during FY 2014-2016
- 3. Honored by department of Social Justice and empowerment GoMP for participation in anti alcoholic week organized during 2-8Th October, 2014.
